With reference to your letter (No. 18995/1916) of the 29th April, I am directed by the Board of Trade to transmit to you herewith, for Mr. Bonar Law's information, a copy of a letter which they have caused to be sent to the International Banking Corporation in regard to certain cargo belonging to Messrs. Areulli of Hong Kong which has been discharged at Leghorn from the German s.s. "Ambria".
